InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and hospitality developer Epelboim Development Group have broken ground for a new EVEN Hotels property to enter the Alpharetta, Georgia, hospitality market.
Set to open during the third quarter of 2019, the new-build construction continues the expansion of the wellness-focussed brand’s footprint across the Southeast of the US and marks the first metro Atlanta location. It follows the brand’s recent openings of two EVEN Hotels located at Sarasota, Florida and Eugene, Oregon.
The new six-story EVEN Hotel Alpharetta is being designed to feature 132 rooms, four suites, flexible public workspaces, 70 m² of meeting space, a business centre, onsite dining options and a 111 m² athletic studio.
