The EB-5 Program

Requirements

Timeline
Once a foreign investor applies to the EB-5 program, there is typically an 18-24 month wait time before the investor and his or her family receive conditional green cards. After receiving approval, the investment must be deployed for at least five years before an application to remove conditions can be approved and the investor receives a permanent green card.
